About us

We are a small family enterprise primarily engaged in the production, standardization and sale of our exceptional extra virgin olive oil.

Production process


Collection

The collection of the olives is done by hand from our own private staff and is immediately followed by sorting per variety in shady cool places.

Elision

In less than 24 hours we perform mechanically cold elision, without water addition, which is vital for the preservation of all antioxidants and other beneficial ingredients.

Standardization

Process is finalized by direct placement of oil in airtight stainless steel tanks, where it remains for at least thirty days, and then standardization per olive variety.
